Appetizers:
Button mushrooms sautéed with onions and garlic in dry white wine and olive oil.    Miniature meatballs sautéed with onions and garlic in olive oil with a touch of
   white wine and lemon juice. Topped with Parmesan cheese.    Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic and herbs in olive oil, white wine and a touch of
   lemon juice. Topped with Parmesan cheese.    Jumbo scallops sautéed in garlic butter until tender. Topped with Parmesan
   cheese.
 


   Entrees:

   Pasta in a creamy mushroom sauce, three cheeses and sun dried tomatoes.    Two jumbo manicotti shells stuffed with mixed cheeses, topped marinara and
   cheese, and then baked.    Alfredo version of our classic manicotti    Alfredo version of our veggie lasagna Our classic lasagna with an assortment of shrimp, chopped clams, scallops.    Marinated chicken breast sautéed in olive oil, white wine and lemon juice.
   Topped with herbs. Served with pasta or roasted potatoes.    Jumbo shrimp sautéed in our creamy pesto sauce and served over fettuccini
   pasta.    Salmon sautéed in olive oil, white wine and garlic. Topped with herbs and a touch
   of lemon juice. Served with roasted potatoes.
